Responsibilities:
- Perform regular audits
- Needs to have a clear knowledge & understanding about what compliance is and its significance in regard to company processes.
- Have at least 1 year experience as TL
- Monitors team’s performance on daily and monthly basis
- Manage day-to-day operation
- Approves and implements streamlining opportunities and process improvements
- Tracks and reports contact center performance against objectives and goals
- Providing training to team members
Key Skills:
Should be computer literate – will be expected to operate a CRM system, Dialler and have ability to work with Excel. , CRM Software, Dialler
Required Experience & Qualifications
Good Communication Skills both spoken & written English
